The SkillsUSA Championships are career competition events showcasing the best career and technical education students in the nation. Contests begin locally and continue through the state and national levels.
Iowa provides opportunities for business and industry to work with students as a competition judge, member of the event technical committee that creates the contest, or as a contest sponsor or prize donor.

SkillsUSA TECHSPO is always one of the highlights attending the Fall Leadership & Skills Conference (FLSC) and State Leadership & Skills Conference (SLSC), an opportunity for members to engage directly with partners from industry and education. The TECHSPO is a trade show of career opportunities, showcases of equipment, and continuing education opportunities.
